About Course
TRECCERT GDPR Essentials is an introductory-level course developed to provide individuals with fundamental knowledge in data protection. The training course introduces key associated terminology, concepts, practices, and data protection frameworks such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Directive, and the Data Protection Conven tion. In addition, participants will be introduced to the core GDPR requirements including the material and territorial scope it sets, processing principles, rights of the data subjects, require ments of cross-border processing, and the consequences of data breaches.
